My Mission
At Juicy's Wanderings, I have a re-ignited passion in exploring new things.
A mother of four and grandmother of twelve, I have entered a new time of life - 'wandering'!
Wandering to new and familiar places and discovering the beauty and uniqueness that I didn't see in my hurry to conquer life in the past 60 years!
Wandering, due to long time skin sensitivity to coconut oils and and coconut derivatives, to create tallow soaps and lotions made from rendering tallow from local Texas cows for personal use.
Wandering into an abundance of peppers in the garden inspiring a 'deep dive' in creating hot sauces with fermented spicy peppers and vegetables.
Wandering into a love of Korean foods inspiring learning to cook Korean food and making my own kimchi and gochujang.
Wandering (perhaps recklessly and definitely with abandon) into raising backyard chickens...
